自己紹介をお願いします！

セバスチャン・バビノ、36歳です。ビクトリアビルで生まれ、今もそこに住んでいます。2017〜2018シーズンからスノースクートに乗り始めました。

Please introduce yourself!

I’m Sebastien Babineau, 36 years old. I was born and still live in Victoriaville. I started to ride snowscoot in the winter of 2017-2018.

ホームゲレンデ（ホームマウンテン）はどこですか？魅力も教えてください。

僕の住む街の南に、平日でも乗れる小さな山があります。

What is your home ski resort? And what is the appeal of it?

There is a small mountain in the south of my city where I can ride even during the week.

スノースクートとはいつ、どこで、どんな出会いをしましたか？

13 歳のとき、スキー場でスノースクートをレンタルしました。それまでやってみたことのある他のスポーツよりもずっと良いと思いました。

When, where and how did you first encounter Snowscoot?

When I was 13, I rented a snowscoot at a ski resort. I thought it was so much better than other sports!

スノースクートに夢中になったのはいつ頃で、どんなきっかけでしたか？

スノースクートはBMXにとても似ているので、ずっと興味がありました。

When and how did you get interested in Snowscoot?

Snowscoot is very similar to BMX so I’ve always had an interest in it.

初めて使用したスノースクートと、それ以外で思い出に残っているスノースクートについて教えてください！

さっきの質問でも答えましたが、私が初めて乗ったのは 13 歳のときでした。
初めてのテールウィップに成功したことはとても嬉しかったです。スノースクートではとても簡単でした!

Tell us about the first Snowscoot you used and any other memorable Snowscoot you used?

As I said above, I rode for the first time at 13. I was super happy to have succeeded in my first tailwhip, very easy on a snowscoot!

これまでのスノースクート人生の中で印象に残っているスペシャルな経験を教えて！

冬は、景色、凍った川など、すべてが違って見えます。毎シーズン思い出深いです。
いたるところに観察すべき小さなディテールがあります。

Tell us about a special or memorable experience you’ve had in your Snowscoot career so far.

In winter, everything is different the landscapes, the frozen rivers, etc. Each season is memorable. There are little details to observe everywhere.

逆に、これまでのスノースクート人生で一番大変だったことは？そしてそれをどう克服しましたか？

私の「グリーンワーム」ビデオに出てくる長い赤いレールは氷で覆われていたので、準備に2 時間近くかかりました。

Conversely, what has been the most difficult thing you’ve faced in your Snowscoot career so far, and how did you overcome it?

The long red rail in my “Greenworm” video was covered in ice, so it took me almost two hours to get it.

ガマン。なぜなら僕はパウダーライディングをすることが多く、彼は僕が知る限り深雪において最高のライダーだから。

Who is your favorite (or most interesting) Snowscoot rider right now?

Gaman because I’m riding more in the powder and he is the most skilled Rider that I know to ride in the Deep snow terrain.

パウダー用のシグネチャー スノースクートが欲しい。短くてレスポンスが良いもの。

Do you have any goals in mind for the future?

I would love to have a signature snowscoot model for powder. Short and responsive.
